In order to provide consumers with even more targeted consumer information and counseling services, ConPolicy is conducting a consumer study on the digital transformation of information, education and counseling services. In doing so, the current search strategies and usage habits are determined, and the expectations and needs of consumers are analyzed.
The results of this consumer study should help to adapt existing consumer protection services and to develop new ones. The Bavarian State Ministry of the Environment and Consumer Protection (StMUV) and the Ministry for Environment, Agriculture, Conservation and Consumer Protection of the State of North Rhine-Westphalia (MULNV) as clients can respond in that way effectively to changes in consumer needs.
