Since 2010, the Ministry of Rural Affairs and Consumer Protection of Baden-Württemberg and the Bavarian State Ministry of the Environment and Consumer Protection carry out the South German Consumer Monitor. The Consumer Monitor serves the ministries to regularly attain insights on the situation of consumers in both federal states in order to verify, substantiate and adapt their consumer policy agendas.
ConPolicy was assigned to systematically evaluate the South German Consumer Monitor and to put it under close scrutiny. As a result, ConPolicy shall derive recommendations on how to successfully continue or realign the South German Consumer Monitor in the future.
