This volume illustrates the tension between artificial intelligence and fairness. It focuses on questions of attribution of responsibility, governance, participation and ethical design – viewed from the perspectives of science, practice, consumers and NextGen representatives. It combines theoretical foundations with empirical insights and practical ideas, and ties in with the CDR Conference 2024. The target audience is primarily companies that are involved in or aspire to be involved in the field of corporate digital responsibility (CDR). At the same time, the volume also provides politicians, academics, civil society and interested citizens with valuable ideas and guidance on dealing with AI and fairness.
