Since January 1st 2014, Dr. Jana Diels works as a Research Associate at the Institute for Consumer Policy. At ConPolicy, she will be responsible for conducting scientific studies in the domain of behavioral economics and consumer behavior.
Jana holds a PhD in Marketing from the Humboldt-University of Berlin and wrote her doctoral dissertation on influencing factors of consumer decision making in different purchase situations. Her works are published in the “Journal of Retailing and Consumer Services“ and “Psychology & Marketing“.
