E-Commerce hat radically changed the way consumers obtain information and purchase products and services. With Mobile-Commerce new changes wait at the doorstep. With tablet computer and smartphones consumers can seek information and purchase products anytime and anywhere. At the same time M-Commerce also poses challenges to consumers and consumer policy. The Bamberger Consumer Rights Days 2013 deal with these challenges particular with regard to Mobile Data Protection, Mobile Shopping and Mobile Payment.
