Although consumers nowadays can dispose of a vast amount of information concerning different products and services, these information often fail to inform consumers since they have difficulties in processing and, hence, understanding them.
Together with the Federal States and other interested stakeholder, the Federal Ministry of Justice and Consumer Protection organizes a workshop to discuss and develop initial cornerstones of what constitutes good consumer information. ConPolicy-Director Prof Dr Christian Thorun moderates the workshop, taking place at the Federal Ministry of Justice and Consumer Protection on October 10.
