The annual congress of the German Gesellschaft für Programmforschung (GfP) at the Hertie School of Governance discussed aspirations, realities and problems of current law making. Within this context questions regarding the potentials, risks and side-effects of innovative approaches in law making were discussed. ConPolicy Director Prof. Dr. Christian Thorun gave a lecture about the role of transparency in regulation and law making.
