Jana Diels worked as project manager for Consumer Research at ConPolicy from January 2014 to July 2024. She holds a PhD in business economics and consumer research. Jana Diels is an expert in quantitative and qualitative empirical social research. Her main areas of expertise include sustainable consumption, political youth participation and consumer policy structures and instruments. From July 2024 to May 2025, she worked as policy officer for over-indebtedness prevention and special consumer groups at the Federal Ministry for the Environment, Nature Conservation, Nuclear Safety and Consumer Protection (BMUV).
