Annette Cerulli-Harms worked as project manager for consumer research at ConPolicy from January 2019 to December 2025. She holds a PhD in behavioral economics and is an expert in experimental study designs. During her time at ConPolicy, she led numerous projects and designed extensive surveys and behavioral experiments with consumers for clients such as the European Commission and various government and regulatory agencies. Annette Cerulli-Harms currently heads the political work of the Environmental Justice Foundation in Germany.
