Evaluation of the consumer initiative Bavaria
ConPolicy starts research project for the Bavarian Ministry for Environment and Consumer Protection

The consumer initiative of the Bavarian Ministry for Environment and Consumer Protection is aiming to strengthen the consumer education in Bavaria and to enable different consumer groups in making informed decisions. ConPolicy supports this project by conducting an empirical evaluation study.

Building upon a previous evaluation study, the initiative for consumer education Bavaria will be investigated regarding different aspects like network development and development of the educational offer, or digitalization of consumer education work. To examine the status quo, stakeholder interviews as well as online surveys will be applied. Based on the attained empirical results, recommendations of action shall be determined with the goal to further institutionalize and promote the consumer education work in Bavaria.
